On 16thOctober, CWPC and CCCC Tianjin Dredging Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as ‘Tianjin Dredging’) signed a strategic cooperation agreement at the Tianjin Dredging Building: Xu Bi, deputy general manager of Tianjin Dredging's overseas branch, and Li Zhongyuan, vice president of CWPC, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective companies.
